讲座概要 / Abstract

近年来，新技术在战略与安全层面对欧盟的地缘政治地位产生了重大影响。报告围绕欧盟关键技术治理方法演变，重点探讨其对人工智能的监管活动。报告还将探讨欧盟对多边主义与地缘政治竞争之间紧张关系的应对。

The European Union (EU) has traditionally approached technology governance from an economic standpoint. However, by the 2020s, there has been an increasing recognition of the strategic and security dimensions of new technologies, which significantly impact the EU’s geopolitical position. This talk will analyse the evolution of the EU’s approach to the governance of key technologies, focusing on the study of its regulatory activity of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
